Development of Slovene in a Digital Environment

With the project titled Development of Slovene in a Digital Environment (DSDE), which is financed by the Slovenian Ministry of Culture, Slovenia has recognized the importance of developing modern language technologies for the Slovene language.

The project goal is to meet the needs for computational tools and services in the field of language technologies for Slovene.

The consortium is comprised of twelve institutions, which are some of the largest educational and research organizations in Slovenia – three universities, three public research organizations, and six companies.

Each work package of the project is led by experts in the field of linguistics and computer science.
